Ford Motor Company is revealing the next-generation Ford Ranger pick-up on November 24 for the European market. Ford says the upcoming Ranger will be the smartest, most versatile and most capable Ranger ever for customers in more than 180 markets around the world. The new Ford Ranger will get a rugged new look and a host of new features that boost productivity, capability and versatility.Ford conducted more than 5,000 interviews and worked with hundreds of pick-up owners, in dozens of workshops across the globe to find out how owners used their trucks, what they liked, what they wished it had and what experiences mattered the most to them. “As designers, we engaged with customers much earlier in the process, spent more time with them and got more insights than ever before”, said Max Tran, Chief Designer, Ranger.
The Ranger is a well-established name in the Nepalese pickup truck scene. In the Nepalese market, the Ranger pickup is powered by a 3.2-litre diesel unit that delivers 200 PS and 147 Nm. The engine is available with a 6-speed automatic/manual gearbox. The pickup truck is available in three variants - XL M/T (Rs 89.99 Lakh), XL A/T (Rs 96.90 Lakh), and XLT A/T (Rs 1.09 Crore).On top of that, Ford Ranger Raptor – the toughest and most high-performing version of the Ford Ranger, is also available in the Nepalese market.
