Drivers who have violated traffic rules can now immediately pay the fine as per the rules and withdraw their documents from the place of action. The system was launched by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Janak Bhattarai, Chief of the Metropolitan Traffic Police amidst a ceremony today at the Metropolitan Traffic Police Headquarters in Ramshahpath, Kathmandu. In the first phase, the service has started from five traffic offices including Gaushala, Darwar Marg, Thapathali, Jawalakhel and Janasewa.
