BYD's "Building Dreams & Forest" Campaign: 550 Trees Planted To Create Two Lush Pocket Forests In Kalimati

Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of BYD Auto Industry Co. Ltd. in Nepal has planted 550 trees across two pocket forests at Kalimati, Kathmandu.

As part of the "Building Dreams & Forest" CSR initiative, Cimex in collaboration with The Hidden Treasure Pvt. Ltd., Revolution Project, and Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Ward no. 13, completed the tree plantation campaign. The event featured enthusiastic participation from the contestants of Miss Nepal 2024, further amplifying the campaign's impact and reach.

The newly planted pocket forest will be meticulously looked after and maintained for the next three years to ensure its growth and sustainability. This effort underscores Cimex's commitment to fostering a greener and healthier urban environment in Kathmandu, a city that has long grappled with the adverse effects of pollution.
