Deepal EV Expands to Pokhara; Himalaya Motors Appointed Official Dealer

MAW Vriddhi Autocorp, the official distributor of the Chinese electric vehicle brand Deepal in Nepal, has appointed Himalaya Motors Pvt. Ltd. under the Himalaya Organization as the authorized dealer for the Pokhara region.

Himalaya Motors' showroom in Nayabazar-8, Pokhara, will manage the sales and service of Deepal electric vehicles in the area. Himalaya Motors will offer the Deepal S07 and L07 electric cars and the Deepal S07 is expected to be available for test drives in Pokhara within a week, with deliveries also scheduled within that timeframe.

The Deepal S07 features a 66.8 kWh Ternary Lithium Battery to provide a WLTP range of 410 km, complemented by a rear-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor to deliver 99 kW and a peak torque of 320 Nm. It also gets four driving modes - Eco, Comfort, Sport and Customize.

The Deepal S07 is priced at Rs 74.99 Lakh in Nepal, while the L07 is priced at Rs 66.99 Lakh.
