Jagdamba Motors TVS, the exclusive authorized distributor of TVS Motor Company in Nepal, has launched the Raider FI version in the country. Priced at Rs 2,92,900, this FI version is Rs 22,000 more expensive than the carburettor model.
The new TVS Raider 125 continues to boast an eye-catching design, a powerful engine, and several segment-first features, making it a lucrative option in the 125cc premium sporty commuter category.
The Raider 125 features an all-LED headlamp with LED DRLs, a muscular fuel tank with sharp extensions, split seats, and a belly pan for engine protection. At the rear, it sports an LED tail lamp and an all-digital TFT instrument cluster for its features.
In terms of performance, the Raider 125 is equipped with a BS6-compliant 124.8cc, single-cylinder, three-valve engine that is air-and-oil-cooled. It produces 11.4 PS of power at 7500 RPM and 11.2 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The bike features TVS’ Eco-Thrust Fuel-injection (ET-Fi) and IntelliGO technology for enhanced fuel efficiency.
The Raider 125 comes with telescopic front forks and a gas-charged mono-shock absorber at the rear. For braking, it is equipped with a 240 mm petal disc brake at the front and a 130 mm drum brake at the rear, along with TVS’s Synchronised Braking System.
